Berritzen operates three fully automated production lines capable of processing carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum, both in rack and barrel processes.. It also has advanced control systems and its own laboratory to ensure the highest quality in every process.

Over 2,000 m² dedicated to industrial activity, Berritzen is developing an ambitious growth project to support its customers and increase its solutions for both traditional and emerging sectors. - Berritzen generates part of its energy through solar panels.
- The electroless nickel process itself, being non-electrolytic, provides a differential advantage over other coatings due to its high energy efficiency. In addition, its high industrial reliability allows operation with very low rejection rates, thereby minimizing waste from scrapping and reprocessing.
Commitment to the European REACH regulations on the registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemical substances, as well as ELV directives applicable to the automotive industry —particularly in comparison with chromium and other coatings— and RoHS, which restricts the use of ten hazardous substances, such as lead, mercury, and cadmium, in electrical and electronic equipment.
