Berritzen operates three fully automated production lines capable of processing carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum, both in rack and barrel processes.. It also has advanced control systems and its own laboratory to ensure the highest quality in every process.

Commitment to the European REACH regulations on the registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemical substances, as well as ELV directives applicable to the automotive industry —particularly in comparison with chromium and other coatings— and RoHS, which restricts the use of ten hazardous substances, such as lead, mercury, and cadmium, in electrical and electronic equipment.
