A.S. BERRITZEN, S.L., holds since 2005 the UNE ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certificate. Our stand towards quality is based on total control of the different parameters and processes; as well as correct tracing of the different parts from admittance to shipment through an integrated computer program, specific to our sector, created and developed by A.S.BERRITZEN, S.L. For process control we count on a modern laboratory to perform daily tests:
- Daily chemical analysis of the different pre-treatment and treatment plating baths to ensure correct concentrations, temperatures and pH.
- Control of the correct deposition for surface finish:
- Thickness control through X-ray system.
- Porosity tests.
- Adherence tests.
- Salt fog chamber test facilities.
- Hardness testing facilities.
For electroless nickel plating we have an automatic analyser that guarantees consistent optimum concentration and pH, this way ensuring full deposit uniformity, and better layer thickness control.
As can be seen, we have total quality control from the beginning to the end of the process, which A.S. BERRITZEN, S.L. proves through a quality certificate attached to the parts. |
